W-Mag Europe Concept
For the Publishing Module during my Bachelor Degree, I had to create a new concept for Condé Nast. I chose to launch one of the most successful American Titles, W Magazine, as a Europe wide title.
The Launch Issue would have 16 different covers, representing 16 different cultural backgrounds across Europe. On each cover, a personality from that region would be featured, to highlight their individual culture.
For this project, especially the target market was important and the estimated revenue. Calculating together the Top 50 magazine brand from Condé Nast in Europe, and estimating that around 3% would buy into the newly founded W Mag Europe, gave impressive numbers. See below for more information.
